Seraph

Seraph

Upon the threads of light he spread his wings for flight

His mission was a dark, cold and lonely night

There’s crying

That echo’s in the depth of soul

She wants to be loved

She wants to be cared for gently

She wants to be clean

To take the needle away from her blood stream

He hears the cries

And leaves the divine

Can’t you see the skies are falling

Must take heed of seraphs warnings

Feathers fall from skies

We should feel them in our lives

Why can’t we see the skies are falling…

Falling Down.

Can you feel their halo slipping down around your head?

Upon the threads of light she spread her wings for flight

The plight of the winged is a hard fought fight

There’s crying

That echo’s echo’s echo’s

He wants to be liked

Peer pressure follows our lives

He wants to be seen

To take the lonely away with a bright screen

She hears the cries

And leaves the divine

Can’t you see the skies are falling

Must take heed of seraphs warnings

Feathers fall from skies

We feel them in our lives

Why can’t we see the skies are falling…

Falling Down.

Can you feel their halo slipping down around your neck?
